Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing e-mail management solution, which will give you absolute authority over your e-mailbox accounts and mailing lists. Also, you can forward email messages from one electronic mail account to another, activate e-mail filters, create auto-response messages and defend your electronic mail accounts against unsolicited bulk messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your e-mailboxes against spam mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unasked-for electronic mail messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your e-mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message flagged as spam should be deleted or redirected to a certain mailbox account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are perfect for filtering your incoming email messages according to certain criteria defined by you. Setting up email filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will go into effect immediately. You can quickly create a filter for any of your mail accounts and change the e-mail filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming email messages from one email box to another, or even to a number of other e-mailboxes. Just choose the e-mail account you wish to forward electronic mails from, then choose the target e-mail box and select if you wish to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily set up the e-mail client of your choosing to access your e-mail accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox you would like to set up on your PC or smartphone and click on the mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new e-mailbox account will be configured in an instant.

The Email Manager graphical user interface will also allow you to quickly set up an auto-reply message - specify the message you would like people to notice and our system will handle everything else.
